Booking Conditions

Bookings will be accepted and confirmed only when supplied with credit card details.
50% Prepayment is required 21 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made and received by the reservations officer no later than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations received fourteen (14) days before guests stay will be charged 50% of the total accommodation reserved. No refund will be given to late arrivals or premature departures.
